9BR chambers at the 2023 IBA Annual Conference in Paris

Steven Kay KC and Kirsty Sutherland of 9BR Chambers have taken part in the successful 2023 International Bar Association Annual Conference in Paris.

The showpiece session Does the Rule of Law Apply to Sanctions? was moderated by Steven Kay KC, with a panel of Lord Neuberger former President of the Supreme Court UK, Dr Mohamed Mensli Director General of Libya Asset Recovery Management Office, James Costello of King & Spalding Paris, and  Alessandro di Mario of the European Commission FISMA.
