Simon Ralph secures convictions in million-pound fraud and money laundering case

The lead defendant was convicted of four out of the five counts he faced, including one that was the subject of an application to dismiss at an early stage. He was found guilty of using his business to launder the proceeds of a gold bullion fraud valued at more than £1.3m.

The unanimous verdicts followed a twelve-day trial at Inner London Crown Court.

He will be sentenced at a later date.
