Zacharias Miah represented accountancy boss sentenced for offering non-existent jobs in the City and Canary Wharf

The director of a London-based company that offered jobs via an online recruitment website has been given a suspended sentence for his part in a fraud that saw job applicants apply for positions that didn’t exist.

Mr Akobola was acquitted of a number of counts.

Zacharias Miah led Sumita Mahtab-Shaikh and was instructed by Antonia Charles and Samir Pasha of MTC solicitors.
