Stefan Hyman and Fadi Daoud successful in Greek extradition case

Stefan Hyman and Fadi Daoud of Lawrence and Co. LLP secure that an Arrest warrant issued in Greece is withdrawn prior to an extradition hearing. Working with lawyers in Greece, they were successful in re-suspending the term of imprisonment which, in turn, caused the Arrest warrant to be withdrawn. Amongst other arguments, they had challenged conditions of imprisonment in Eastern Greece on account of systemic overcrowding and the high rates of inter-prisoner violence.
