Stefan Hyman appointed to the CCBE’s Criminal Law Committee

9BR Chambers is delighted to announce that the UK Delegation to the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE) has appointed Stefan Hyman as joint expert to the CCBE’s Criminal Law Committee. Stefan will provide input on procedural safeguards/defence rights in criminal proceedings with a particular focus on judicial and law enforcement cooperation under the UK/EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement 2020. This new role complements Stefan’s appointment to Bar Council’s European Committee last year.
