Corinne Bramwell’s client acquitted of wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm

Mr P admitted striking the complainant several times with a claw hammer but always maintained he only did so in self-defence and defence of another, including children.

Following a successful S8 application for disclosure of records relating to the complainant's history of violent behaviour, the Crown offered no evidence.

Corinne Bramwell was instructed by Stephen Halloran and Glen Henry of Lawtons Solicitors.
