Yesterday the Defence Extradition Lawyers Forum hosted a symposium on Clause 195 of the Crime and Policing Bill 2025 at 9BR Chambers.
DELF Chair Ben Joyes (9BR Chambers), led the discussion and was joined by the co-authors of the DELF briefing paper, James Stansfeld (Matrix Chambers) and Mary Westcott (Doughty Street Chambers).
