Gary Summers, instructed for L in Citadel v L, appeared before Judge Picken J in the Commercial Court. Gary successfully resisted an application (post judgment) to lift cross undertakings, as to damages on a pre- judgment worldwide freezing order, where existing and ongoing harm engaging the undertaking was alleged.
