Jessica Clarke represents Mr Jackson, a young father of three, who killed Aalia Mahomed, a King’s College student in a tragic accident in March 2025. Two others were seriously injured when the van driven by Mr Jackson collided with a metal gate, knocking it off its hinges before colliding with the bench where Miss Mahomed was sitting.
Mr Jackson entered guilty pleas at the Central Criminal Court and will be sentenced on the 6th of March.
