Lawrence Selby KC, leading Ravi Chandrapala of Westgate Chambers, represents Mr Roger Worby, an 84 year-old man charged with the murder of his wife of 56 years.
Following a plea to Manslaughter, on the grounds of Diminished Responsibility, Mr Worby received a sentence of 21 months’ imprisonment, resulting in his immediate release from custody.
