Olivia Evans represented a defendant who was charged with two counts of Handling Stolen Goods.
After search, the police found two stolen iPhones in the boot of his car. The defence of lack of knowledge was pursued at trial.
The jury found the defendant not guilty on both counts after trial in the Crown Court.
