9BR Chambers is delighted to announce that Sophie Stevens has been shortlisted for ‘Rising Star: Barrister’ and “Diversity Champion of the Year: Barrister’ at The Women & Diversity in Law Awards 2026.
The Women & Diversity in Law Awards honour outstanding women leaders and practitioners, as well as legal teams and businesses driving meaningful change.
The shortlist was selected from nearly 350 entries across 32 categories and includes 82 law firms and chambers – from global giants to boutique practices – alongside 27 other businesses and more than a dozen not-for-profit organisations.
Sophie is honoured to be recognised within this group of individuals, teams, businesses and not-for-profits for her Diversity and Inclusion work with Neurodiversity in Law and 9BR Chambers.
The winners will be announced at a gala dinner and awards ceremony on the evening of Tuesday 28 April at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square.
