Following an application by the defence on 20 August 2025 under s.6(6) POCA 2002 that the Court should not exercise its power to make a confiscation order against Stephen Jones HHJ Griffith at Southwark Crown Court has determined that the confiscation proceedings should proceed with an evidential hearing to be heard on 20 July 2026, as reported in Law 360.
