Emma Heath secures non-custodial sentence for 15-year-old charged with s18.

Emma Heath secured an Intensive Referral Order  for a youth defendant who was convicted of s.18 GBH and sending malicious communications, to the same complainant. The defendant was 15 years of age.

Following mitigation, the Judge was persuaded to take an exceptional course and passed a sentence of an Intensive Referral Order.
