Emma is an experienced barrister who prosecutes and defends across the spectrum of criminal offences.
Her practice includes homicide, serious violence and large drugs and firearms conspiracies. She has extensive experience of serious sexual offences, including historic offences, those alleged on family members and extremely young children, as well as offences involving the use of violence.
Emma is instructed in multi-handed cases as leading junior and led junior, including duty evasion and human trafficking. She often represents clients with vulnerabilities and fitness issues.
Emma also represents clients in road traffic matters, often arguing special reasons and exceptional hardship.
Emma is a Grade 4 Prosecutor and is on the RASSO Panel.
