Emma-Louise Heath, prosecuted the defendant, who was convicted of sexual assaults against a teenage victim. The offences occurred when he followed the victim into a secluded area in Bishop’s Stortford after she had been out with friends. The defendant was not known to the victim.
Emma was instructed by the Thames and Chiltern CPS RASSO Unit.
